1135 AD is appropriately named as it denotes the year the Kachwawa family founded the dynasty of the Rajputs at the same location where you will enjoy traditional Rajputana cuisine prepared in the kitchens of a long line of the Maharajahs. Did we forget the food? No. The menu offers a variety of Rajasthani cuisine including junglee maas, a variety of items cooked in the tandoor, and you must try the house specialty…Amber Gosht so tender it melts in your mouth as it has been cooked ever so slowly with tender loving care.
